Dr. Francis Woke Yeboah, a senior citizen and health practitioner, has expressed dissatisfaction with the current police administration, accusing them of monetizing their criminal intelligence and failing to utilize it effectively in their investigations to uncover hidden criminals in the country.
According to Dr. Francis Woke Yeboah, numerous crimes, including murders, have been committed, but the police have been unsuccessful in utilizing their criminal intelligence to solve these crimes and identify the individuals responsible.
Dr. Yeboah who is the CEO of Sofo Yeboah Herbal Center at Pankrono-Adablaka made these remarks during a conversation with journalists in Kumasi, expressing his concerns about the situation. He highlighted past instances where the police successfully conducted investigations, such as the case in Tarkwa Domprem in 1954, where individuals who had murdered a woman and buried her in a river were apprehended.
He questioned why the police of recent times seem incapable of employing the same principles, intelligence tactics, and strategies, or utilizing improved criminal intelligence integrated with modern technology to apprehend criminals who commit crimes, leaving them at large.
Dr. Francis Woke Yeboah challenged the police to prove to the Ghanaian public that they have not sold their criminal intelligence to investigate and capture hidden criminals, seeking vindication for his claims. He posed the question of why prominent figures like J.B. Dankwa, a Member of Parliament, were murdered without the police being able to apprehend all those involved.
